Q) I want to run small batches of olives to see if they are ready, can I do this with the OP400 or OP700 ?
A) Yes. You can run as small of a batch as you want. Normally 5-10 pounds will give you a good sample size.
Q) How long do the filters last?
A) They are made of a synthetic material that is very wear resistant, so they will be able to be easily cleaned and used for years.
Q) Where are your OP Mills made?
A) We are located in Brentwood, California. All of our machines are made here in the USA. No imported cheap junk here.
